West Java

West Java has two Super League clubs in 2026-27: Persib Bandung, the reigning champions and one of the best-supported clubs in Asia, and newly promoted Garudayaksa FC from Bogor.

Persib play at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium on Bandung's eastern edge, and their blue-clad fans, known as Bobotoh, make for one of the most intense atmospheres in the country. Garudayaksa play at Pakansari Stadium in Cibinong, Bogor Regency, an easy trip from south Jakarta.

Bandung is around three hours from Jakarta by the Whoosh high-speed train plus connection or by toll road, so a Persib match makes a good weekend trip from the capital.
