Persib Bandung is the pride of West Java and one of the best-supported clubs in Asia. Founded in 1933, it has won ten national titles, including three in a row from 2023-24 to 2025-26. Its supporters, collectively called Bobotoh, fill the stands in blue, and the 'Maung Bandung' (Bandung Tiger) is the club's emblem.

Home games are at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) in Gedebage on the eastern side of the city. The Whoosh high-speed train from Jakarta stops at Tegalluar, right beside the stadium, which makes a Persib match an easy day trip from the capital.

Tips for visitors

  • Buy only through the PERSIB App. You will need an account with ID verification, and touts or third-party sellers risk you being refused entry.
  • Away supporters are banned at GBLA. Never wear Persija orange or red, especially on derby day.
  • Taking the Whoosh train from Jakarta to Tegalluar, next to the stadium, avoids Bandung's notorious match-day traffic.

Fixtures, venues and ticket rules change often. Check the club's official channels before you travel.
