Bhayangkara FC is owned by the Indonesian National Police (Polri), whose emblem gives the club its gold colours. The club won the Liga 1 title in 2017 and moved to Lampung in 2025, taking the name Bhayangkara Presisi Lampung FC and the nickname 'The Guardians of Saburai'.
