Java United FC

Java United is the new identity of Malut United, who finished third in Liga 1 in 2024-25 while based in Ternate, North Maluku. The club relocated to Semarang and took its new name for 2026-27, a move that cost it a two-point deduction under league rules on changing home base. The nickname is Laskar Kepodang Emas.

Home games are at Jatidiri Stadium in the Karangrejo hills of south Semarang, about ten minutes from Simpang Lima. Promotional ticket prices in the club's first season in the city have been among the cheapest in the league.

Tips for visitors

• Ticket prices are among the cheapest in the Super League, but early sales have opened only some stands (e.g. the west stand). Buy online in advance at javaunited.com.
• The club is new to Semarang, which is also home to long-established PSIS and their fans (Panser Biru, SneX). Avoid wearing PSIS colours to a Java United game.
• Check the venue before travelling: the 2026-27 season has already seen several games moved or played behind closed doors by league or police decision.
